Located in the Foothills of the Canadian Rockies in Calgary, Scott Alan Custom Projects began building single family homes in 1991 in Cochrane, Alberta. And here we are, 30+ years later ready to help you with your custom project.

It’s a collaboration really. Building a custom home starts with your vision. And it’s up to us to see your vision to completion. Coordination, organization, cooperation, efficiency and execution is what matters to us. Scott Alan Custom Projects has a very talented and deep pool of dedicated sub-trades. Our projects span across a diverse range. But, it was custom home building where we cut our teeth. From home renovations to multi-million dollar new home builds, we’ve been around the block a few times. Our business has evolved over the years to include landscaping, renovations, and excavation work as well.

The addition of landscaping to our custom projects enables us to provide another layer of service in conjunction with building your custom home. We want to save you the headache of hours of searching to join all the pieces of the puzzle together. There are numerous options to suite your personal needs and we’re here to cater to all of them.
